How to reorder a previous order

Reorder a past order from your Order History, or even reorder separate items from a previous order.



How to reorder the whole order?

 

1. Sign in to your account

2. Hover your name in the top right corner - you will see a dropdown menu with shortcuts. Click "My orders" to view the history of your orders.

3. You’ll find an orange add to cart button next to your previous order(s).

4. Click the orange button for the order you would like to copy to your cart. You’ll see a notification saying whether or not your action was successful:

5. Go to your cart and finalize your order.



How to reorder specific items from your past orders?


1. Sign in to your account

2. Go to “Order History” section.

3. Open the order that contains the item(s) you would like to reorder by clicking on it’s order number or “details”.

4. Next to available items in this order you’ll find an orange “add to cart” button. Please note: items that are no longer available will not have the reorder option – there will be no button next to those items.

5. Click the orange button for the item(s) you would like to add to your cart.

6. Go to your cart and finalize your order.
