flui-ID is a hose management program that goes beyond inspection activities. The complete program consists of a detailed strategy that conducts scheduled hose management services.

With flui-ID, we help you to set up set up and/or optimize your maintenance strategy.

FLUI-ID SERVICES:

INVENTORY AND INSPECTION OF HOSES

Our certified technicians inspect your hose assemblies and search for signs of wear such as cracks, visible braiding, leaks, and kinks. These Certified Hose Inspectors are trained and certified by Manuli Hydraulics - the manufacturer - and work according to the standards and specifications requested in this world.

After the inspection process, a detailed report is made up to offer you a complete overview of the condition of the hoses and the locations.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Risks can be reduced by, for example, working with a periodic inspection program or with preventative maintenance cycles. In the case of preventive maintenance, downtime can be planned so the chance of unwanted downtime is reduced.

When missing an overview of the existing hose assemblies in your high-pressure installation or system, our technicians take care of measuring the assemblies.

RISK BASED INSPECTION (RBI)

Inspection of hydraulic hoses and other flexible parts of a high-pressure installation or system provides a clear view of the risks present within that system. RBI is a method able to reduce these risks.

Investigate assessments and risks
Fluiconnecto provides a risk analysis and advice after an initial on-site inspection. The state of the hydraulic hoses has been mapped and based on the risk per hose/installation situation the advice follows. Based on this advice, you can handle it yourself or let Fluiconnecto take care of the implementation.

By providing Risk Based Inspections, Fluiconnecto responds with its haar Service on-Site service to the increasing demand for risk reduction and sustainable solutions.

By concluding a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Fluiconnecto you are working on an optimal availability of your hydraulic system, vehicle or fleet. This results in reducing risks, both for people, the environment, and business operations.

TAGGING

During the inspection process, we tag your hoses with a unique ID that will be linked in our cloud-based database to a complete description of the hose assemblies. With this ID you can order replacement hoses in a quick and easy way - without extra technical knowledge!

MAINTENANCE PLAN / PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Op basis van het inspectieresultaat wordt een onderhoudsplan opgesteld voor elke slangassemblage of hydrauliek-component (assets). Het plan specificeert de inspectie-intervallen (om de stand van zaken te controleren) of geeft de data voor vervanging aan.

Based on the inspection result, a maintenance plan is drawn up for each hose assembly or hydraulic component (assets). The plan specifies the inspection intervals (to check the state of the assets) or indicates the dates for replacement.

In consultation, we provide maintenance with the help of our Service on-Site.

CLOUD & ALERTING SYSTEM

All information collected during inspection is available in our cloud-based flui-ID system, where you can:

  • browse through a list of all available hoses and other assets
  • check the location of each asset
  • see which hoses and assets require attention

TRACEABILITY

With the flui-ID system, you get access to a complete and up-to-date database with 24/7/365 worldwide available information.

Each hose assembly has an individual ID for traceability:

  • location
  • machine
  • application
  • history of the hose assemblies
